Global Shipping Options
We ship worldwide from our warehouses in Belgium and the US. Below are our standard shipping options and estimated delivery times:
EU Countries
- Standard delivery: 1-3 business days (free) via GLS, FedEx or Hermes
- Express delivery: 1-2 business days (€8) via DHL Express
UK, Norway, Switzerland & Canada
- Free express delivery: 1-4 business days via DHL Express or FedEx
- All customs duties and taxes included
Rest of World
- Express delivery: 3-5 business days (€25) via DHL Express
- Local taxes and duties not included

Important Notes
- Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched from our warehouse
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable (see full returns policy)
- Unclaimed parcels will incur a €30 return fee
Potential Delays
- Customs inspections may cause delays for international orders
- We’ll notify you of any shipping delays; you may cancel or accept later delivery
Tax & Duty Policy
All orders to EU countries, UK, Norway, Switzerland and Canada are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – taxes and duties are included in your total. For other destinations, local charges may apply; please check with your customs office.
